I see series, but I can't commit because my account is skipped / paused / my card is failing.
To commit to or pre-order a series book, your account needs to be active and in good standing, that means not paused, not skipped for the current cycle, and with a valid payment method on file. Head to your account page to update your billing info or adjust your membership status, and you'll be good to go!
